The House of Commons library has issued a useful 'Briefing Paper' covering 'Powers of attorney and
decision-making for another person'.
Although short it is a useful, plain English summary of some of the keypoints and could be a useful starting point for the non-professional.
You can read it on the Parliament website.
Stay up to date with changes to policy and procedure.
