The LA was seeking orders to restrict the husband's contact with the P. The court declined to make the orders sought. The P has a diagnosis of late onset Alzheimer's disease of moderate to severe intensity. The LA expressed concerns that the P may be at risk of harm in her husband's sole care and was seeking orders restricting the P's contact with her husband in the light of concerns about the husband's views in relation to euthanasia.
