The court had to decide where the P should live as his foster placement was coming to an end.
The P was an 18 year old vulnerable adult who had been placed in foster care from 2016. This placement was coming to an end and the issue the court had to decide was where the P should live pending the final hearing in respect of his welfare.
The court approved the LA's proposal that the P should move to a residential home, despite the P's objections.
