Hearing to determine whether or not P had capacity to make decisions in respect of residence, care, contact and finances. P is 32 years of age and has a diagnosis of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). He has a range of physical, behavioural and intellectual difficulties. Throughout these proceedings P has asserted that he has capacity to make decisions in respect of residence, care, contact and finances. This matter has been case managed to this hearing which was listed to consider the capacity of P to make decisions in respect of those matters.
